About Elayne

I am a holistic therapist based in Nelson, who has been working in the area of massage, aromatherapy, chi nei tsang, hypnosis, reiki and healing for over 25 years. I work from the heart and my sessions are both therapeutic and nurturing.

I also teach Beginner's Massage, Couples Massage, and Meditation.

I am particularly interested in the following areas:-

Releasing trauma from the body
Assisting women through the menopause process
Helping people change habits and patterns of behaviour
Releasing physical and emotional stress
The mind/body/spirit connection
Health and wellness

I hold qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, Chi Nei Tsang, Massage Touch for Health Kinesiology, and Adult Teaching.

Study for me is on-going, as I continue to develop in areas that interest me.
